We maintain close relationships with local primary schools and provide an excellent standard of early education that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Our team is passionate about delivering high‑quality childcare that supports every child as they grow and make positive contributions to the world around them.
We take great pride in the professionalism and expertise of our staff. All team members are fully vetted through enhanced DBS checks and hold relevant childcare qualifications, with some trained up to degree level. In addition, every member of staff is certified in Paediatric First Aid.
To ensure we continue to offer the highest standard of care, we actively encourage ongoing professional development. Our staff regularly participate in training to refresh their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and grow both personally and professionally. This commitment to continuous improvement helps us maintain a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment for all children in our care.

Hello, my name is Juliana. I am an experienced Early Years Practitioner with over twelve years of working with children and five years specifically in the Early Years Practitioner role. My passion lies in creating nurturing, enriching environments where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.I am committed to offering high quality childcare that feels homely, safe, happy, and secure, while also being stimulating and developmentally appropriate for every child. At J. Shalom Childcare, we celebrate each child as an individual and ensure that every family feels welcomed and included.Our practice is firmly guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and we work with dedication to provide equal opportunities for all children. My goal is to ensure that every child in our care receives the best possible start, both emotionally and educationally.
